I attempted to try this before, but now is the time to do it. The Birds of the Bible For Kids has been limping along and it needs much attention. My desire is to update the Birds of the Bible blogs and other bird tales into a younger reading level. The Premium package I purchased from WordPress has some special fonts and features that should enhance those articles. There will a “learning curve” attached for me, but I am willing to give it a try. Our young people deserve to hear about how the Lord created the world and all the birds in it. They need a place to enjoy reading about our avian friends, without having to be told that they “evolved from dinosaurs.”
God created the great sea monsters and every living creature that moves, with which the waters swarmed after their kind, and every winged bird after its kind; and God saw that it was good. (Genesis 1:21 NASB)
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. (John 1:1-3 KJV)
My thanks to all of you, almost 200,000 views, who have visited this blog. I am going to keep it active with the links above, but no more new articles will be added. (Lee – 8/5/2013)
